As meticulous as the publisher tried to be in providing an error free book an error occurred when 3 of the final diagrams were submitted for final publishing. Somehow an earlier uncorrected file was mistakingly submitted and this led to the small but notable errors on diagrams on pages 22, 145 and 255. The corrected diagrams are below.
